Wrinkles and Tea

Researchers from Kingston University in the UK found that 21 plants and herbs tested for their health-promoting properties.White tea appears to have the highest potential for fighting the negative effects of aging.
The study’s authors said this is due to the tea’s high levels of anti-inflamatory agents and anti-oxidants that appear to protect elastin and collagen,the structural proteins of the skin.Keeping collagen and elastin healthy may lead to fewer wrinkles as we age.
