2 Days!

If  your looking to shed a few pounds before summer this diet might be just the ticket. According to a British study,dieting just 2 days a week may be all it takes to shed pounds.In the  study one group followed a 1,500 calorie-a-day diet,while a second abstained from starchy carbohydrates only 2 days a week(non-starchy veggies were okay).After 12 weeks the part-time carb-cutters lost almost twice as much weight as the daily calorie counters.The reason why are not clear,but research is continuing.
