               If after 20 minutes you are not asleep”get out of bed” according to Ph.D. Kathi Heffner at the University of Rochester Medical Center.When you’re tired,go back to bed.This reminds our brains that beds are for sleep.And no TV before bed!The light makes your brain think it’s daytime.You need quality sleep.Heffner is lead author of a study showing that bad sleep and stress can increase your risk of serious illness.
