Winterize your Eyes

Darker days of winter can make reading or computer use hard on the eyes. A few tips for reducing eyestrain and fatigue:

1. Work and read in well-lit rooms.

2. Position your computer monitor at,or just below , eye level, and place it a little farther away than when reading a book.

3. Use anti-reflective coatings on computer screens and glasses.

4. Practice the 20-20-20 rule: Take a break every 20 minutes by looking 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
